You must be currently located within the **United States** and authorized to work without H-1B sponsorship. This is a fully remote opportunity with flexible hours, ideal for professionals who value autonomy and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** * Build and maintain high-performance web applications using **MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js** * Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement scalable full-stack solutions * Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code * Participate in code reviews, stand-ups, and team meetings * Troubleshoot and debug applications across the stack * Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends **Requirements:** * Strong hands-on experience with the **MERN Stack** * Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern web development practices * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently in a remote setting * Must be currently located in the USA and authorized to work (excluding H-1B visa holders) **Preferred Skills:** * Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker) * Experience working with Agile teams
