Job Description:

We are looking for an Azure AI Document Intelligence Developer with experience in developing and training custom models using Azure AI Document Intelligence (formerly Form Recognizer) and deploying them via Azure API Management (APIM). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure Cognitive Services, AI/ML model training, and API development to build scalable document processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and train custom AI models in Azure AI Document Intelligence to extract structured data from unstructured documents.

Optimize and fine-tune models using drifting process to improve accuracy for various document types.

Integrate trained models into Azure API Management (APIM) for seamless access and deployment.

Implement security, authentication, and API lifecycle management in APIM.

Work with Azure services like Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, and Cosmos DB to build end-to-end solutions.

Develop and maintain APIs for document processing workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and fine-tune AI models based on business needs.

Monitor and optimize AI model performance using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years of experience in Azure AI Document Intelligence / Form Recognizer.

Experience in training and developing custom AI models for document processing.

Proficiency in Azure API Management (APIM) and API integration.

Hands-on experience with Python / C# for AI model development.

Strong knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Storage, Cosmos DB).

Experience in REST API development and integration.

Understanding of AI model deployment, fine-tuning, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.

Knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD for AI model deployment.

Understanding of OCR, NLP, and document classification techniques.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
